Because we have waiting lists, we cannot emphasize enough that whether or not you are ready to move to one of our buildings, we encourage you to put your name on the waiting list of the building that seems to make the most sense to you. All too often people "wait" too long to make the decision and then when then time comes to seek an apartment, they are confronted with the "list."
Keep Your Options Open: Currently, there are waiting lists for apartments at all three MRE locations: Winter Valley, Unquity House, and South Boston. If you think you might be interested in one of them, we ask you to call our office to inquire about placement on a waiting list. Having your name on the list gives you the option of making a move when space becomes available. However, you have no obligation to accept the apartment offered unless it turns out that the time is right for you!

Purpose:
The Friends of MRE is being established to foster and promote the charitable purposes and goals of MRE. This organization will accomplish that goal by recruiting community leaders who will help enhance the image of MRE by educating people in the Milton community about who MRE is, what it does and the services it offers.
In addition being part of the Friends group people will be given an opportunity to think about possibly serving as a future MRE Board member. This organization is a place to try us out, get to know us and learn about MRE.
