e currently manage three distinctly different residential communities - Unquity House, a pleasant six-story building in the midst of a busy neighborhood; Winter Valley, garden-style apartment buildings on a 12-acre campus adjacent to Milton's historic town center; and our newest property 376 West Fourth Street - South Boston. All offer the option of meal service and service-enriched living, so that each resident can choose the combination of independence and assistance that will give daily living a genuine sense of home.
The past few years at Unquity House and Winter Valley have been ones of renewal. A new concept for our community spaces led to major renovations that enhanced our residents' sense of a shared social life and a shared home. We have also added sixteen state-certified assisted living units at Winter Valley. Through the dedication of local churches and synagogues, residents have enjoyed new opportunities to enhance and share their spiritual lives. As a result, the sense of friendship and mutual support among our residents has taken on a new vitality and a new depth. |
